These dining chairs share a technique we gleaned from barrel-makers known as coopering. The backs are made from identical curved and tapered staves whose sides are subtly angled and, when fitted together, they provide the compound curve so important to their comfort.

These chairs are a perfect flower-like compliment to any of our dining tables. I feel they have an extra synergy when partnered with our circular Compass Tables.

We can make these chairs in a variety of timbers.

The price includes all the upholstery work, excluding fabric.

Our bespoke furniture is made especially for you, following your order. From sketchbook to timber stack to workshop bench, every piece from our studio and workshop has the hand of the designer-maker upon it. From its design inception to the skill of the craftsman in the making, every stage is considered and relished. It takes time to create these beautiful, handmade objects and to ensure we fulfil our own brief to give of our best.
