Over our working life we have, on occasion, been commissioned to make memorial pieces. These are, by their very nature always highly personal and poignant. It was a privilege to work with parents Nick and Mandy, sister Chloe and their wider family, in creating a memorial bench for Hollie who was murdered in Gloucester in 2014.

The bronze description surrounds a revolving ‘friendship’ globe for sitters to roll while having a quiet contemplative moment. The Hollie Gazzard Trust works with local agencies in promoting awareness of domestic abuse and knife crime, and to fund and support young hairdressers, a job Hollie loved.
