I’ve lived my life alongside the river Wylye, one of those gin-clear Wiltshire chalk streams. To fish its waters is beyond most of us, even a glimpse of the trout proves difficult, so I thought I would design a box to celebrate and capture that fleeting glance you may get lucky enough to espy.
MATERIALS
Veneered lacewood lid, the sides in cherry with an ash bottom and fish eyes in a contrasting timber.
